Are you planning your holiday on Lake Como and you want to be able to see all the villas on the lake without missing anything?
There are many beautiful villas on the lake but the only ones open to the public for a visit are: Villa Carlotta, Villa Melzi, Villa Monastero and last but not least the most beautiful one, Villa del Balbianello.
The first day on Lake Como you will have to understand which are the most comfortable villages and ways to get around.
During our group tour the captain will give you lots of useful information and then you’ll be able to discover Lake Como on your own.

You will discover the central lake area by seeing more than 20 beautiful villas from the boat (without getting off):
- Villa Carlotta
- Grand Hotel Tremezzo
- Villa del Balbainello
- Villa Melzi
- Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni
- Villa Monastero and many other small villas but no less beautiful.
We will sail along the coast until we reach Villa del Balbianello and then go back to see the villages of San Giovanni, Bellagio and Fiumelatte to finally return to Varenna (or you can get off earlier in Bellagio).
Small group, shared with others (either on a Venetian water taxi with 12, maximum 14 passengers or a new limo boat for up to 24 passengers).

With our boat is very easy to reach the other side of the lake: from Varenna we can get directly to Villa del Balbianello after about 30 minutes of navigation. On the the first half of the tour we will cruise past Cadenabbia, Tremezzo and Lenno until we reach Villa del Balbianello as the furthest point of this cruise before turning back. We will see Villa Carlotta, Grand Hotel Tremezzo and many other smaller villas and towns form the boat.

We will arrive at the famous Villa del Balbianello where we will explain it's interesting history.
This is the furthest point on the cruise before returning back to Varenna.
You will see the property from the boat without getting off. If you wish to get off the boat to see the villa and the garden then check our other group tour which includes the visit.
Visit Bellagio
If you are staying in Bellagio or if you want to visit it, we can drop you off in the village center.
Choosing this option you will skip the last part of the cruise itinerary from Bellagio to Varenna (Fiumelatte, Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi) ending the cruise approximately 10 min earlier than the rest of the group.
After you've done visiting the town, you can get back to Varenna or Menaggio by public transportation - ferries. Check the time schedule in advance to plan your day. Note that the public transportation can get quite busy on Sundays and in high season.
